Howdy Wellness Warrior!
Today kicks off the first in a series of short, fun and sass-o-matic vlogs. I’ve missed connecting with you so much, but I’m back in the crazy sexy saddle and ready to share my wellness tips and adventures once again. Lots of people ask me how I start my day. To be honest, it’s never the same, which is why it’s so exciting! Here’s a sneak peek of one of my current sources of inspiration, Cheryl Richardson‘s Self-Care Cards. I have many decks to choose from but these days Cheryl’s are speaking to me LOUD and clear. As my mental and emotional space changes and grows, I shift my morning spiritual practice to meet my soul needs. I hope the wisdom helps you as much as it helps me. Who doesn’t love a dose of self-care, self-love, how-to? I sure do.

How about this for a potential topic? – Tips for maintaining a veggie lifestyle while traveling or staying with relatives. I always find this so difficult! Any advice?
Love vlog Kris!! You are so beautiful, and love how you are full of life. I am trying to find “me” time, and resting is very important, something else I am working on. Do you have tips for slowing down at night? I have a hard time falling asleep because I have so many thoughts running through my head.

hi kris! you are so awesome. my sis was recently diagnosed with b cancer and we are going to kick it in its butt.
i would love to know if you have any advice for parents. what are the top 2 or 3 things that we can do to help our kiddos live healthy? thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Kris wonderful vlog. I am also fighting cancer – fear especially grips me in the middle of the night – how about a vlog about getting a good night sleep and letting go of what I call “monkey mind”

Fear and sleep – that’s a great topic! Between the comments here and the ones on my FB fan page I have enough vlogs for the next year! For now I’ll start with one per week, each friday. How’s that? Next week – perfection…

Kris, Love the idea of the weekly Vlog..I will look forward to seeing you on Fridays and am interested to see what you have to say about perfection. I tend to be somewhat of a perfectionist and it can be exhausting. I’m trying to let go of some of it so that I have more time to rest. Easier said than done ( :

Love your vlog! I was just reading your book yesterday (Tips) and sharing an adapted version of your A.L.T sandwich with my posse (I run a Mind-Body-Spirit Breast cancer program in Portland Oregon. ) You are SUCH an InSPIRation! I can’t always do EVERYTHING you promote but I can AND DO Rest and take mini-vacations. It’s my Right as an 8-year Breast Cancer survivor! Love you Kris! Jo
